Create Baseline & Agree on Objectives: We will work with leadership to understand and document the As-Is environment and establish growth targets and expected timelines.

Critical Thinking Training: Bring the support team up to speed on Critical Thinking fundamentals and being introducing the practices into day to day activities.

Establish Operational Measures: Create and implement measures that quantify the progression to the agreed upon growth targets, educate the team on the collection and use of the measures.

Modify Existing Templates and Processes: Update the tools currently in use and optimize them to capture critical thinking principles. Conduct training and implement into use.

Experiment and Iterate: Continue providing feedback to the team on adoption of new skillsets. Evaluate effectiveness of process and template changes and adjust as required. Create a roadmap for action items and timelines for completion of enhancements and modifications.
